Same sales conditions, same terms for payment cancellation, same prepayment terms, same booking modification conditions, etc.
Same number of guests.
Same currency.
The lower rate claim can only be made by the person who has made the booking.
The lower rate must be listed on the Internet and must be available to the general public.
If the lower rate on the Internet refers to a booking for various nights, the guarantee covers the final price of the complete booking and not the rates corresponding to each individual night.
Our Best Online Rate Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Non-transparent web pages which do not specify details regarding the available rooms, the specific hotel, the location of the hotel, etc., until the booking has been completed.
- To special rates in hotelbalear.com which do not allow changes, modifications or cancellations.
- Bookings made through discount travel sites.
- Rates which are part of a package; that is, hotel rates which are part of package holiday including accommodation, air tickets, transfers, etc.
- Non-published rates, for example, corporate prices, group prices, meeting and convention prices, etc., which include discounts.
- Rates that are not posted on the Internet, such as those offered by traditional travel agencies.
- Rates with prepaid vouchers.
- Hotel Balearreserves the right to reject the claim of any person in regard to lower price per room, if such person cannot corroborate the availability of the lower rate alleged in the claim, and also reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Best Online Rate Guarantee scheme.
- Hotel Balearwill not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for forfeits or other costs or expenses deriving from the cancellation of bookings or errors in the posting of prices in other webs. If the “Request for Best Rate” should be applicable to various nights, the “Best Rate Guarantee” will be applied to the final price of the entire stay, and not to the partial price of certain nights.
